We are relocating our Library to larger space in Coolalinga, and we are looking for a motivated, experienced Library Customer Service Officer to help us deliver high-quality services to our growing community. At Litchfield Council, our library is more than just books, it's a vibrant community hub. As we expand into our new space, we're excited to bring on someone who's not only confident working in a library but who also has a passion for helping people of all ages feel welcome, supported, and empowered to learn.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for assisting library users with a wide variety of needs. From navigating public computers and printing services to accessing e-resources and handling general enquiries. You'll also action inter-library loans, support library programs and events, and help maintain a well-ordered collection through shelving and cataloguing support.
