We are looking for a Library Support Officer who's as passionate about people as they are about systems and collections.
This is more than just a library role, it's a community connection point. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that thrives on collaboration, good banter, and backing each other up. We're looking for someone who brings at least two years' library experience, particularly with Library Management Systems. You'll be the go-to for out-of-the-box questions, help desk troubleshooting, and supporting our Library Services Leader with admin and acquisitions.
You'll also be the smiling face our community knows and trusts someone who can help a local print a form or guide a child to their new favourite book, all with warmth and patience.
