The Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries (DPIF) thank all residents and property owners who've cooperated with them in the program to eradicate the banana freckle pest.
In coming months staff from the department will visit and re-visit properties in the effected area to look for signs of the pest.
The NT Government has now established a Control Centre at the Berrimah Farm to manage this incident.
