Potholes: Due to the wet season potholes are forming on our roads. Our repair crew are continuing to carry out the repairing of the pot holes. If you see a pothole please report it.
Grading: Another grading round will commence at the end of February – weather permitting.
Reseal: Our reseal program is now complete, with the exception of Monck & Virginia Roads.The line marking of the newly sealed roads is currently underway.
Projects: The intersection of Brougham and Leonino Roads and the upgrade to seal Brougham Road is almost complete. Work is well underway on Byers Road and Manton Valley Road to upgrade from gravel to seal. The culverts are in and the drainage has been formed.
Shoulders: Shoulder drop off issues will be addressed on Beddington Road in the next couple of weeks, with other roads also earmarked for shoulder rehabilitation works.
Drainage: We are currently cleaning culverts that have been identified being 50% to 70% blocked, the drains that were identified as being 80% to 100% blocked have been cleaned out.
