Council wishes to advise that a subdivision of Crown Land, for a lease in excess of 12 years, for creation of a single 2ha lot in the north west corner of Section 674, Hundred of Cavenagh, fronting Parkin Road was approved on 23 November 2017.
The lease is to provide land for this section of Parkin Road which does not meet Council's standard rural road reserve width of 30 metres.
A 5 metre strip of land will be gifted to Council from Crown Land to assist in accommodating a wider road reserve.
Council is proposing a road opening over that 5 metre section of the length of the new lot.
Council is seeking for public comments for this road opening in accordance with the Local Government Act.
This application is open for public comment through to the end of July 2018.
