A tender has been awarded for the Whitewood Road Pavement Rehabilitiation to A1 Plant and Civil Pty Ltd.
The works include the reconstruction of pavement of Whitewood Road, starting in front of 515 Whitewood Road and extending for a length of 400m. In addition, the section from the end of the pavement reconstruction to Hicks Road will have widened shoulders and extended culverts, improving safety for road users in the area.
The works are scheduled to commence Monday 3 June 2019 with residents in the immediate area already notified. Traffic management will be in place with temporary traffic lights used to enable traffic flow at all times, reducing the need for long detours.
