Councillor Civitarese brings a wealth of experience in local government having previously served as a Councillor with the Barkly Regional Council. here served on numerous committee and sub-committee such as the Audit & Risk Committee and Procurement Sub- Committee. Additionally, he represented the Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT) on the Northern Territory Tobacco Control Acton Committee and served as an executive member on the LGANT Board
Councilor Civitarese is an active member of the community having volunteered his time with various organisatons, and currently is a volunteer with the Friends of the Territory Wildlife Park and the Berry Springs Volunteer Bushfire Brigade.
The council looks forward to working with Councillor Civitarese to continue to service the Litchfield Municipality.
