Level 6 Salary $100,000-$107,000 + superannuation | Full-time, ongoing

A policy is only valuable if people understand it, use it and trust the thinking behind it.

Litchfield Council is looking for a Policy and Governance Officer who can turn complex requirements into practical systems, ask the questions others may overlook and help Council manage risk with confidence.

This is not a role spent simply updating documents. You will work across Council, bringing people together, testing how things operate in practice and ensuring policies, risk controls, records and governance processes genuinely support better decision-making.
