Minister for Land Resource Management, Willem Westra van Holthe, has declared neem as a Class B and C weed.

Litchfield Council adopted the 2014/2015 Municipal Plan at its Ordinary Meeting of Council on Thursday 10^th July.

Bus Stop Shelters

Council received plans and application to commence work to install 5 Bus Stop Shelters on 21 May 2014. The Shelters are currently being constructed.

Regional Development Australia NT (RDA NT) are seeking data around the level of internet access Businesses, Local Government, Not For Profits and Community Bodies etc. have across the Territory. They are also looking at the level of use of the internet and understanding of how to use it.

Oversized Truck Movements - Sunday 8th June 2014

JKC Australia LNG advises that to minimise disruption to the Darwin community three oversized trucks with trailers carrying tank sections will take place this Sunday June 8 between 7.30 and 10.00 am.

Traffic Disruption at Yarrawonga & Coolalinga

On Sunday 15th June 2014 the operator of the Darwin LNG facility, ConocoPhillips, is moving a large new piece of equipment by road from the Port of Darwin to the plant on Wickham Point Road.
