The plan is guided by five strategic pillars: People, Progress, Prosperity, Places and Performance.

The plan focuses on supporting a connected and active community, delivering smarter customer-focused services, growing local economic opportunities, creating accessible and valued places, and providing trusted leadership and accountable delivery.

The Strategic Plan lays out each goal and the steps we’ll take to achieve it.
